We have tried to make the installation process as simple as 1, 2, 3!
1. Search/Download and install the plugin.
2. Put the shortcode GBL_SMTCKS “in square brackets” on your desired page.
3. That’s it, You are ready to go.
Additional:
The program will send an email to the administrator whenever a ticket is created. There are more settings to mould the program to your requirements should you wish not to accept the defaults. We require as much feedback as possible to improve the program so please let us know if you have a problem.
